I want to return one or all of the items I received, can I?

If you change your mind and want to return the product you ordered, you can return it to the address of our main store listed on the website within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You must first fill out the return form contained in your order or you can download and print it from the link below.

You will need to send the product along with the original receipt and return form, otherwise the return will not be accepted. The receipt must be included for all Returns, without exception.

Returned products are mailed at your own risk, so all returned products must be in the original condition in which you received them. Any damage or injury will result in non-acceptance of the refund.

I want to change a product, can I?

If I need money back, how can I get it?

If you need to be refunded, you will receive them through the payment method you made (Credit card, transfer, etc.).

In case you have paid by cash on delivery, you will send us via the email you placed the order, the Bank, the IBAN of the account and the name of the beneficiary you want to return.

 

Important notes you should be aware of

  • You can return the product you bought if it is unused and in its original condition, and its packaging has not been opened in any way.
  • Clothes and shoes on which the label has been removed, or which have been soiled or used in addition to the test procedure shall not be returned.
  • For reasons of hygiene, returns to underwear (thongs, boxers, panties, etc.), tights and swimsuits are not accepted.
  • In case of return, it is necessary to have the receipt of purchase in the package.
  • If some or all of the above conditions are not met, the store has the right not to accept the return of the specific product. In this case, the product is returned to its sender, who is charged with the shipping costs.
  • For withdraws from the purchase of the product you must send the products according to the above to the address of the physical store
  • We take care of the changes for the receipt of the products and you are only charged with the shipping costs of the new.
  • In the changes due to a defective product, we undertake the receipt and delivery of the product at our own expense.
